Using Gudmund

Gudmund provides a desktop application for interacting with large language models. You may use our services for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.

Your Account

API Keys

Gudmund allows you to use your own API keys for third-party AI providers. You are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms of service and for any charges incurred through your API usage.

Acceptable Use

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to our services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Gudmund and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gudmund and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Gudmund. By using our cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your encrypted content solely to provide our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

Gudmund is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gudmund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
